Beginning Thursday, October 9 at 5:00 p.m. through the evening of Monday, October 13, 2025, Information Technology Services (ITS) will be modernizing the technology infrastructure for Banner (PROWL) and all ancillary dependent systems. There will be no changes to the applications themselves, only the underlying infrastructure. We anticipate that all services will be fully restored by Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 8am. 

During this transition period, faculty and staff will not have access to PROWL for grading, class rosters, and advising tools as well as the enrollment add/drop changes.

ITS Scheduled Maintenance

Some systems may be unavailable during the following maintenance periods:

First Friday of every month (Extended maintenance window) - Starts 7pm Friday, Ends 7am Saturday

All other Fridays (Standard maintenance window) - Starts 4am Friday, Ends 7am Friday
